Terms & Conditions
Standard Hire of Bins is 7 days unless otherwise pre-arranged.
Payment of Bin Hire is to be prior to or on delivery of Bin.
Non-Payment of Bin Hire will incur an additional $100.00 admin-fee.
As per EPA Schedule 7 - NO Asbestos / NO Tyres / and don't overload the top of the bin.
Order confirmation is by either return email or we will phone you to confirm
To fulfil the Hirer's order- If we have no Bins available for the order we will endeavour to supply x 2 smaller sized bins
Damage to Bins - delivered in good condition, during the term of Hire is at the customer's expense.
Placement of Bin is at the drivers discretion. This is due to our Public Liability requirements via our Insurance Company.
Permits- for Placement of Skip Bin on Roadway are to be sourced by the customer.
Bins will not be placed on Concrete Footpath without a permit. The appropriate council permit is to be sourced by the customer.
Bins are not to be moved from the delivery position and access must be maintained to allow safe collection of Bin. Failure to comply will incur an additional $100.00 call out Fee. The Hirer is responsible for any costs to get the Skip Bin to a position then that we can recover the bin with our truck.
ONLY FILL to Top Rim Of Bin. Or to your ordered bin size Fill line Mark. Any overfill may be left behind or charged at our going rate per cubic metre.
No Fires to be lit in Bins.
The Hirer is Responsible for the Skip Bin once bin is delivered
By ordering and constituting delivery of Skip Bin Hire said Hire charges will apply as per our service pre-pay policy and no refund is to be applicable to the hire period unless we are notified 48 hrs prior to delivery..
Refund Policy- For a Cancelled order we require at least 48 hrs notice. Once Skip bin has been delivered there will be No refund.
In the event we are unable to complete the order a refund will be issued to the hirer.
Dumpers Handibins retains the right to Terminate Bin Hire.
ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES !
